It’s OK not to be Ok, especially when your world turns upside down.
What isn’t OK is using your pain to hurt others.
In the month this podcast was recorded, there is a pandemic virus making its way through the world, my two year old niece passed unexpectedly, and so many people are struggling with their mental health.
Very few people are OK and in some ways, that’s the way it should be.
Sometimes it’s OK not to be OK, and we are living that right now.
While that may sound like doom and gloom, it isn’t because it’s also an opportunity to be our best.
